Emma Canarick, Program Officer
Ms. Canarick, who brings 10
years experience in non-profit management, fundraising and program
development, is responsible for the strategic development and day-today
operations of the Foundation. Ms. Canarick is focused on bringing
visibility to the Pacific Foundation and its role as a leader in
new, innovative strategies for philanthropy.
Previously, Ms. Canarick served as Director of Development at Advocates
for Children of New York in which she provided oversight for all
fundraising efforts for the organization. Prior to that, she served
as
Director of Institutional Giving at the Community Service Society
of New York, an anti-poverty organization dedicated to utilizing policy
research,analysis and advocacy to affect long-lasting and systemic change
for NYC's poorest individuals and their children. In addition, she has
served as Director of Institutional Relations for Grand Street Settlement
and Hudson Guild Settlement.
Ms. Canarick received her Bachelor of Arts from Reed College in
Portland,
Oregon. She sits on the Board of Counterpointe Rep, is a Principal
in JES
Arts Consulting, based in Washington, DC and serves as a Junior
Trustee
for Miss Hall's School in Berkshires, Massachusetts. |
